5. Insurance and Liability

6. Driver and Passenger Responsibilities

  • The driver must never operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs driving abilities. Doing so will immediately void any insurance coverage and make you personally liable for all consequences.

  • All passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion, in accordance with traffic safety laws.
